1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jijikk ("jijikk", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jijikk.vip ("Platform", "Site").
By creating an account, making a deposit, participating in any game, or otherwise using the jijikk platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jijikk Platform.

2. Eligibility

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. jijikk reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close accounts where age cannot be verified.
2.2 Jurisdiction
The jijikk Platform is intended for use by players located in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or depositing. jijikk makes no representation that the Platform is accessible, lawful, or appropriate in any jurisdiction outside the Philippines.
2.3 Excluded Persons
The following persons are not eligible to register or use the jijikk Platform:
- Individuals under 21 years of age;
- Employees, contractors, agents, or immediate family members of jijikk or its affiliated gaming software providers;
- Individuals who have been self-excluded from jijikk or are subject to a gambling ban or restriction under applicable law;
- Individuals using automated software, bots, or any system to interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Single Account Policy
Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the jijikk Platform. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different identity details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and permanent banning from the Platform.
3.2 Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. jijikk reserves the right to request documentary verification of any information provided at any time, including government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jijikk account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time PIN or two-factor authentication codes. You must notify jijikk support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. jijikk will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
3.4 KYC Verification
jijikk operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to submit any documentation requested by jijikk for identity verification purposes. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on your ability to deposit, play, or withdraw funds.
4. Deposits & Payments
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
jijikk accepts deposits via the following methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and USDT cryptocurrency. Accepted payment methods may change from time to time and the current list of available methods is displayed in your account wallet section.
4.2 Deposit Processing
All deposits made through GCash and Maya are processed in real time and credited to your jijikk wallet immediately upon successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer processing times are subject to the policies of the sending institution. jijikk does not impose fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
4.3 Currency
All transactions on the jijikk Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions. jijikk is not responsible for currency conversion costs that may be applied by your bank or payment provider.
Minimum deposit: ₱100 for GCash and Maya. Other payment methods may have different minimums as displayed at the time of transaction.
4.4 Anti-Money Laundering
jijikk is obligated to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. We may place holds on accounts or transactions that trigger automated compliance alerts pending investigation. Deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned.
5. Withdrawals
5.1 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule. jijikk strives to process all approved withdrawals promptly and without unnecessary delay.
5.2 Verification Requirements
Withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. First-time or large-value withdrawal requests may be subject to additional identity and payment method verification before processing. You agree to cooperate with any reasonable verification request to facilitate the prompt release of your funds.
5.3 Withdrawal Restrictions
jijikk reserves the right to delay, suspend, or decline a withdrawal request where: (a) the account is under investigation for suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or AML concerns; (b) the player has not satisfied wagering requirements applicable to bonus funds; (c) KYC documentation has not been satisfactorily completed; or (d) jijikk has reasonable grounds to believe the account has been compromised.
Note: Withdrawals can only be processed to payment methods registered in your own name. jijikk does not transfer winnings to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
6. Bonuses & Promotions
6.1 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by jijikk are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
6.2 Wagering Requirements
Unless expressly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limits, and maximum bet restrictions are detailed in each promotion's terms. Failure to comply with wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and any associated winnings.
6.3 Bonus Abuse
jijikk actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using strategies calculated to exploit bonus structures, or withdrawing before satisfying wagering requirements. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses voided, associated winnings forfeited, and may be permanently banned from the Platform.
6.4 Bonus Modification
jijikk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already validly claimed and in active use prior to the modification taking effect.
7. Gameplay Rules
7.1 Game Rules
Each game available on the jijikk Platform is governed by individual game rules accessible within the game interface. You are responsible for familiarising yourself with the applicable rules before playing. In the event of a discrepancy between displayed game rules and these Terms, the game rules shall govern gameplay-specific matters.
7.2 RNG and Fair Play
All jijikk casino games utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be influenced by jijikk or any player. Return-to-Player (RTP) figures are published for all games and represent the theoretical long-term statistical return.
7.3 Malfunctions

8. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jijikk Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential referral to relevant authorities:
- Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under Section 2;
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;
- Registering or operating more than one account;
- Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform for money laundering purposes;
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform;
- Colluding with other players, game operators, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such discoveries must be reported immediately to jijikk support;
- Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith;
- Using another person's payment method without their explicit consent;
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing jijikk staff or other players through any channel.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the jijikk Platform, including but not limited to the jijikk brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, software, text, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of jijikk or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any portion of the Platform or its content without jijikk's prior written consent.
10. Privacy & Data
jijikk collects, stores, and processes personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
jijikk implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no digital transmission is entirely risk-free, and jijikk cannot guarantee the absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jijikk shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings;
- Loss of data or account information;
- Interruption of access caused by technical failure, maintenance, or circumstances beyond jijikk's control;
- Losses resulting from your breach of these Terms.
jijikk's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made to your jijikk account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by jijikk's negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded under applicable Philippine law.
12. Responsible Gaming
jijikk is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account settings;
- Session Time Limits: Receive alerts or automatic logout after a specified period of continuous play;
- Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period;
- Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and be prohibited from re-registration for a specified period.

13. Account Suspension & Closure
13.1 Suspension by jijikk
jijikk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to suspect: breach of these Terms; fraudulent or illegal activity; AML compliance concerns; or failure to satisfactorily complete identity verification.
13.2 Closure by the Player
You may request the closure of your jijikk account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to satisfactory KYC completion.
13.3 Effects of Account Closure
Upon account closure for any reason, all active bonus funds, free spins, and associated winnings are forfeited. These Terms shall survive account closure to the extent necessary for the resolution of any outstanding matters, disputes, or liabilities.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including disputes relating to their formation, validity, breach, or termination, shall first be submitted to jijikk's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected].
If a dispute is not resolved through internal processes within a reasonable time, either party may seek recourse through the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines. You and jijikk agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any such dispute.
15. Amendments to These Terms
jijikk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Amended Terms take effect from the date of publication unless a later effective date is specified.
Your continued use of the jijikk Platform following notification of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 13.2.
